Join our weekly Monday workout team of Erica Davis and Jake Monia. Erica is an Adapt Ambassador and a seated athlete who competes with the USA Kayaking Team and Jake is an Assistant Recovery Consultant at Adapt. Together they create a team that will guide you through a warm-up stretch series and customized workout for all ability levels, equipped with all necessary adaptations.
Every Monday at 1pm PST.
Nicole Roach, is an Accessible Yoga Instructor who implements diversity inclusion techniques into her practice to ensure that all people, no matter their ability level, are able to participate. This class is about 30 minutes long, comprising of light yoga, meditation, and relaxation.

Jagade, Recovery Consultant and Director of Marketing at Adapt, is the lead Consultant of all AdaptFit operations and Erica is a seated athlete. Together they will lead you through a warm-up stretch series and customized workout for all ability levels, equipped with all necessary adaptations.

Ania is a certified dance fitness instructor and the host of our all-abilities dance class. Dance with Ania virtually every Thursday at 11am.
Ania has received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with and emphasis in Human Performances and plans to bring her knowledge and experience to the forefront in this virtual class. All ages and abilities are welcome!

Her coaching program dives deep with meditations like EFT (tapping), inner child healing work, and creating health-inspired goals.
